"Breast cancer can strike any one of us at anytime. I have had 3 benign Breast lumps removed and I cannot begin to describe the range of feelings and thoughts that plagued my mind each time a new lump was discovered, the sinking feeling in your stomach as you wonder, is this lump going to be the one.
My youngest daughter Holly, has also had a lump removed from her breast at the age of 16. The feelings we felt for her were magnified ten-fold, compared to those I felt for myself. That in itself is more than reason enough to do my part in helping raise the funds needed to "End Breast Cancer." And hopefully someday soon we will succeed in finding a cure."
As a woman, it is very nerve wrecking and emotionally draining to watch women
you know well discover they have breast cancer. It doesn’t seem to matter how
health conscientious we are, how much we exercise or watch our diet--no one
seems to be immune.

This is my 7th
year fundraising for the 2-day, 60 km Weekend. My team is proud to announce
that we have raised over $200K for this worthy cause. Please help me make a
difference!
